The adoption event including the opportunity to meet with the famous rescue-dog Gus, was a hit! Over 100 people came to see the dogs up for adoption, meet Gus and enjoy free ice cream and face painting.

Urban Animal Veterinary Hospital and realtor Hilary Cobb of Keller Willams sponsored the event, which took place in the lot of Urban Animal.
Adults and children alike enjoyed the festivities at Urban Animal
Families and folks donated to rescue group K-911 and purchased autographed copies of the book, “the Life of Gus.” Donations went to the organization k-911.
